Relationship prep for Baby

While so much of preparing for baby focuses on logistics and birth plans, this class creates space to intentionally nurture the emotional foundation that will support you through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. (Couples Class, Mother/Birthing Parent & Partner)

Breastfeeding / Chestfeeding essentials

Breastfeeding/Chestfeeding is a journey, and you don't have to navigate it alone! This class is a warm, supportive space where you can learn, ask questions, and feel truly cared for as you prepare to feed your baby. (Couples Class, Mother/Birthing Parent & Partner)

Reduce your risk of tearing: Pelvic Floor Prep

This class blends education, movement, and nervous system support to help you reduce your risk of tearing during birth and feel more confident heading into labor! (Mothers/Birthing Parent Only)

Prenatal Yoga

This all-levels prenatal yoga class is designed to support all stages of pregnancy and offers a space to grow community with those on the same journey. (Mothers/Birthing Parent Only)

Prenatal strength & stretch (Pelvic Floor)

Low-impact prenatal exercise led by a pelvic floor physical therapist. Each class is a combination of breath work, gentle mobility, and functional strengthening to support your changing body, improve your posture, and ease common pregnancy discomforts. (Mothers/Birthing Parent Only)

Couples prenatal yoga

This monthly all-levels prenatal couples yoga class is designed for birthing people and their partners. Each session will explore breath, grounding practices to support nervous system regulation, harmony, connection, movement, and touch.

couples classes

Learn and strengthen the bond with your spouse, partner or support person together as you prepare for the transition into parenthood. See which classes you can take together to prepare for when your baby arrives!

movement classes

It is recommended to move your body and increase your heart rate at least 30 minutes a day or for 1 hour three times per week. Movement and exercise is crucial to prepare for the marathon of birth and we are here to support you! Check out the different kinds of movement classes for you.

Stress relief & relaxation classes

High cortisol (stress hormone) can be passed to your baby. Regulating your stress levels are regulating your baby's stress levels. Stress relief and relaxation is wonderful to do throughout your pregnancy!

  • Do I have to purchase a membership to attend classes?

    No, you do not need to purchase a membership or package in order to attend classes. We have our single class investment price found in every class description. If you'd like to purchase just one class, click on the "book now" button to sign up for a class!

  • What is the membership credits?

    The membership credits are the credits used for those who have purchased a membership with us. We have two tiers of memberships, the Family plan and Platinum plan. To learn more about how much you can save by joining our membership, please view our Memberships & Packages page.

  • Is your space accessible for everyone?

    Yes, we strive to create an inclusive environment. Mama Roots Collective is designed to be accessible for all families, ensuring everyone feels welcome and comfortable. We do not exclude any family based on ethnicity, socioeconomic background, gender identity or any other personal background or characteristics. All is welcome and all families deserve support.

  • Can my partner, spouse, or support person attend classes with me?

    Many of our classes welcom partners, spouses, grandparents, and other support people. Attendance policies vary by class, so we reocmmend checking the class description for "Couples Class" or contacting us for details.

  • Can I use HSA/FSA funds for classes or services?

    Certain classes may qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement depending on your HSA/FSA provider. We recommend reviewing each class description to determine eligibility for HSA/FSA reimbursement. 


    Many HSA/FSA providers require a Letter of Medical Necessity to qualify for reimbursement. To support this process, we offer a quick eligibility survey (a $15 fee applies) on our HSA/FSA page to determine whether you qualify for a Letter of Medical Necessity. Once approved, the letter is valid for up to one year and can be used for multiple eligible classes.
