You can begin tracking through:

Your first prenatal yoga class does not have to feel intimidating. 🌿
You do not need to be flexible.
You do not need to know the poses.
You do not need any previous yoga experience.
Prenatal yoga is not about performing or pushing your body. It is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and notice what feels supportive during pregnancy.
In class, you may explore gentle stretching, strength-building movement, hip and pelvic mobility, restful positions, breathwork, and trimester-friendly modifications.
You will also build awareness around posture, balance, pelvic floor connection, creating space in the body, and breathing through discomfort as you prepare for labor and birth.
Bring comfortable clothes, water, a yoga mat if you have one, and anything that helps you feel at ease.

Through biodynamic craniosacral therapy, Livia supports parents before and after birth, as well as babies during early postpartum.
This gentle, non-invasive, touch-based approach may support:

We opened our doors on May 2nd with a dream, a half-finished space, and the deepest belief that the families of San Francisco deserved a place that was truly built for them.
And you showed up.
You came to the circles. You rolled out your mats. You sat in the Sprouting Room with your tea and your honesty and your beautiful, tired, extraordinary selves. You asked the questions you had been carrying. You found other mamas on the same journey. You let yourself be heard.

See the initial building process for Mama Roots Collective. Before the circles, before the classes, before the village — there was Michelle, walking through an empty space on Geary Boulevard.
Shelves to hang. Rooms to finish. Drape ceilings going up one by one to make the space feel like clouds. Provider rooms being filled with breastfeeding pillows, lactation scales, and beautiful warm lighting. Our community rooms glowing with so much natural light she already knew it was going to be special.
And cubbies being built so every mama who walked through the door would have a place to settle in. 🤍
She made it happen. And on May 2nd, Mama Roots Collective opened its doors to the families of San Francisco.
