Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I have to purchase a membership to attend classes?

No, you do not need to purchase a membership or package in order to attend classes. We have our single class investment price found in every class description. If you'd like to purchase just one class, click on the "book now" button to sign up for a class!

  • What is the membership credits?

The membership credits are the credits used for those who have purchased a membership with us. We have two tiers of memberships, the Family plan and Platinum plan. To learn more about how much you can save by joining our membership, please view our Memberships & Packages page.

  • Is your space accessible for everyone?

Yes, we strive to create an inclusive environment. Mama Roots Collective is designed to be accessible for all families, ensuring everyone feels welcome and comfortable. We do not exclude any family based on ethnicity, socioeconomic background, gender identity or any other personal background or characteristics. All is welcome and all families deserve support.

  • Can my partner, spouse, or support person attend classes with me?

Many of our classes welcom partners, spouses, grandparents, and other support people. Attendance policies vary by class, so we reocmmend checking the class description for "Couples Class" or contacting us for details.

  • Can I use HSA/FSA funds for classes or services?

Certain classes may qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement depending on your HSA/FSA provider. We recommend reviewing each class description to determine eligibility for HSA/FSA reimbursement.

Many HSA/FSA providers require a Letter of Medical Necessity to qualify for reimbursement. To support this process, we offer a quick eligibility survey (a $15 fee applies) on our HSA/FSA page to determine whether you qualify for a Letter of Medical Necessity. Once approved, the letter is valid for up to one year and can be used for multiple eligible classes.
