About Mama Roots Collective

Mama Roots Collective exists to nurture, educate, and support families through every stage of the parenting journey—from trying-to-conceive to pregnancy and postpartum and beyond. We bring together education, community, and trusted perinatal professionals under one roof, creating a welcoming space where families can find connection, guidance, resources, and personalized support during some of life's most transformative moments.

Our mission is to help parents build their village, feel empowered in their decisions, and create strong foundations for welcoming and raising their children. Through expert-led classes, support groups, workshops, and meaningful connections with local providers, we strive to ensure that no family navigates this journey alone.

We believe that every family deserves access to compassionate care, evidence-based education, and a supportive community that fosters confidence and belonging. By cultivating connection, promoting holistic well-being, and strengthening family support networks, we help parents grow with confidence, resilience, and deep roots—creating thriving families and a stronger community for generations to come.

meet the founder

Michelle Kwock

Mama Roots Collective was born from a vision to transform the way families are supported during fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood in the U.S. Through my training in naturopathic medicine and work with growing families, I witnessed firsthand the gaps in perinatal and postpartum care, as well as the deep need for connection, education, and community among both families and perinatal providers. Driven by the belief that no family should navigate this journey alone, she created Mama Roots Collective as a place where parents can access trusted resources, build their village, and feel empowered to make informed decisions every step of the way, leading to a better birth outcome and postpartum recovery.
