Natalie Nijmeh
Natalie’s dedicated yoga practice led her to Costa Rica, where she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training—and she hasn’t stopped teaching since. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Natalie took her very first yoga class at just 12 years old, joining her mom on a guest pass. Over the years, yoga became a deeply meaningful part of her life, and she always hoped her journey would include supporting people through the perinatal period. She went on to take a prenatal yoga teacher training with Mama Tree in San Francisco, and will soon complete a prenatal doula training to deepen her knowledge and practice. Natalie’s classes are accessible, intentional, and heart-opening.
