Before Baby Arrives: Tea Time & Connection Circle

Tea Time & Connection Circle is a monthly relaxed, free gathering for mamas-to-be to slow down, sip something warm, and find connection, led by a postpartum doula.

Come with your questions, your curiosities, your fears, your excitement. This is a space to ask the things you've been wondering about postpartum/the transition into motherhood and to hear from other mamas who are right there with you. Whether you're in your first trimester or days away from your due date, all are welcome. Come as you are, safely feed or change your baby in a judgement-free area.

Class Fee Without Membership: FREE EVENT

Class duration: 1 hour

**Donations to facilitator are welcome

**Recommended for pregnant individuals (all trimesters welcome)

Diaper Free Collective: In-Person Community Hangout

Come connect in person with your fellow EC-curious and diaper-free families! This casual, drop-in style community gathering is an in-person extension of our beloved monthly virtual support calls. Whether you’re brand new to Elimination Communication or deep in your potty learning journey, this is a welcoming, judgment-free space to share, ask questions, and find your people. Bring your baby, bring your questions, and come as you are.
