Birth Prep Essentials Package

CHILDBirth Prep (Intensive)
Helping birthing parents prepare for labor by expanding your ability to cope with pain and stay present during the intensity of labor and birth. (Couples Class, Mother/Birthing Parent & Partner)

Infant First Aid & CPR
This non-certification class will help you recognize and respond to the most common medical emergencies for infants. You will learn how to perform infant CPR using manikins that provide electronic feedback. Other topics covered include choking, allergic reactions, seizures, bleeding, burns, falls, and prevention tips. This is an interactive class taught by Paramedics, EMTs and RNs. Questions are encouraged!

Breastfeeding / Chestfeeding essentials

Breastfeeding/Chestfeeding is a journey, and you don't have to navigate it alone! This class is a warm, supportive space where you can learn breastfeeding positioning, what to expect the first few days of life, building your milk supply, ask questions, and feel truly cared for as you prepare to feed your baby.

Confidently navigate the first weeks of your newborn’s life. Grounded in infant physiology and ancestral postpartum wisdom, this class gives parents the essential frameworks needed to navigate the first weeks with baby smoothly. This workshop helps to eliminate the guesswork and gives you the core knowledge and tools for the first tender weeks and transition into postpartum with more ease.

Do I have to purchase a membership to attend classes?
No, you do not need to purchase a membership or package in order to attend classes. We have our single class investment price found in every class description. If you'd like to purchase just one class, click on the "book now" button to sign up for a class!
What is the membership credits?
The membership credits are the credits used for those who have purchased a membership with us. We have two tiers of memberships, the Family plan and Platinum plan. To learn more about how much you can save by joining our membership, please view our Memberships & Packages page.

Can my partner, spouse, or support person attend classes with me?
Many of our classes welcom partners, spouses, grandparents, and other support people. Attendance policies vary by class, so we reocmmend checking the class description for "Couples Class" or contacting us for details.
Can I use HSA/FSA funds for classes or services?
Certain classes may qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement depending on your HSA/FSA provider. We recommend reviewing each class description to determine eligibility for HSA/FSA reimbursement.
Many HSA/FSA providers require a Letter of Medical Necessity to qualify for reimbursement. To support this process, we offer a quick eligibility survey (a $15 fee applies) on our HSA/FSA page to determine whether you qualify for a Letter of Medical Necessity. Once approved, the letter is valid for up to one year and can be used for multiple eligible classes.
