Each phase offers clues about what your body is doing and when your fertile window may be approaching. You can begin tracking through: ✦ Basal body temperature ✦ Cervical mucus changes ✦ Ovulation predictor kits Start simply: record Day 1 of your period, take your temperature before getting out of bed, observe cervical mucus, and track for a few cycles before drawing conclusions. See the initial building process for Mama Roots Collective. Before the circles, before the classes, before the village — there was Michelle, walking through an empty space on Geary Boulevard. Shelves to hang. Rooms to finish. Drape ceilings going up one by one to make the space feel like clouds. Provider rooms being filled with breastfeeding pillows, lactation scales, and beautiful warm lighting.
